Who runs this site

Chris Spark — a personal channel about making things with AI, run by an individual, not a company.

What this site collects

Only what you type into the early-access form: your email address. Nothing else is collected — no accounts, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies for tracking.

When you submit the form, the server also records the date and time and the page you submitted from, so I can tell genuine signups from bot spam.

Why, and for how long

Your email is used for one purpose: to tell you when the school opens, and to give you the free early access described on the page. It is not sold, rented or shared with anyone, and it is not used for unrelated marketing.

Your address stays on the list until you ask me to remove it, or until the school has launched and the list is no longer needed.

Where it is stored

In a file on this website's hosting (Hostinger), kept outside the public part of the site, plus a copy in my email inbox (Gmail). Both providers act as processors and may store data on servers outside your country.

Your choices

Email chrissparkai@gmail.com and I will action it. Depending on where you live, data-protection law may also give you these rights — for visitors in the EU or UK, the GDPR does.

Content on this site

Parts of the video on the front page are generated with AI, including a digital twin of my own face. The voice is my own recording. Music: "Watch the World Burn" by iros young, licensed via Uppbeat.

YouTube, Instagram and TikTok have their own terms and privacy policies. Once you follow a link, what happens there is governed by them, not by me.
